As a wife, homeschool mama, and mamaw, I strive to lead by example, embracing a healthy-ish lifestyle that nourishes both myself and those around me.
My journey has shaped me into being an advocate for the voiceless, especially women and children who have experienced abuse.
As a survivor, I use my voice to stand for those who need support, hope, and a path forward. Whether it’s through mindful living, teaching my children, sharing my knowledge, or simply being an ear and source of strength, I am committed to making a difference—one step, one choice, and one voice at a time.
My "play" days are filled with friends, family and getting to know new people. I love making new life-long friends!
